Hello, fellow CSA-ers! There's a chill in the air, cinnamon-spiced everything everywhere, and the best of the best veggies are coming out to feast on!
This week's share will be zucchini, spinach, lettuce, radishes, leeks, rainbow carrots, sweet corn, edamame soybeans, Napa cabbage, baby bok choy, choice of an herb and ornamental gourds. Premium shares will also include escarole and kale.
Still got some green beans, or cauliflower, or sweet potatoes from last week? Don't worry, we will help you there too!

Toss into soups and salads, sandwiches! Sautee with garlic lemon and butter for a decadent side dish! Throw into lasagna! Or try this Spinakopita!
Edamame
Fresh edamame is such an easy to make, yummy and nutritious snack! Serve to your family and watch it disappear!
This recipe will make use of your sweet corn, kale, tomatoes, shallots and garlic. Go ahead and add in that zuchinni, too! This one is a favorite at my house!
Escarole and Beans
Serve this comfort classic on a chilly autumn day and feel good inside and out!
